I bought two kurta sets recently from here. The cloth, fit and stitching is just perfect. Feels like it was made to order. However, the delivery takes time and updates are not consistent. It would be nice to get an update midway, maybe about a week before it's ready for dispatch so we can keep money ready etc. Do not order from here if you're in a hurry, but otherwise the quality and the pricing is just awesome.

Products are genuine and good quality if they make way and reach you.Very poor customer service.Tgere will be no communication since order placed.If you keep chasing then you will eventually be told that product is defective and you will be asked to select an alternative.If you ask for a refund then there will be absolutely no response. Good products but very poor customer service.

I have ordered 2 dresses. I have received only one dress. It has been 5 months since I placed the order, I didn’t receive the 2nd dress. Customer care responds only once in a blue moon day. After 5 months of my follow up with the customer care, I got my refund back. The only reason I prefer to get the clothes from here is because of the quality. I have been purchasing here since 2020. I never felt bad but this time I felt that it would have been better if I visited the store and got the purchase done. They still need to improve the online platform.

Weavesmart is a very bad online saree business. They don't respond on time for the queries. They post nice images on their website but their products are fake and quality is really very bad! They do not ship on time and also don't provide the tracking numbers to track their shipment. Three of the Sarees were not available but they never updated their website and made me to order those items even after consulting them before placing the order. And later I had to struggle to get the refund back for those Sarees. Also I haven't received some of the items which I ordered and pre-paid fully. When I tried to contact them, no response from them! Really very disgusting and time wasting! Request people not to purchase anything from this scam business and waste your time and money!

I have had the worst experience ever in online shopping in this site😱😭😡🤬!Fraudulent /Unaccountable/Fake site. I wish to tell all buyers to be extremely careful with this website. They do not own any responsibility towards quality of product, timely delivery, resolving customer complaints, timely refund, return pickup or anything that can even remotely satisfy abuyer. So buy at your own risk.
